This is a Choropleth Map of Florida depicting the percentage of Hispanic people by county. Based on the 2000 census, it clearly shows that South Florida has an overwhelmingly larger population of Hispanic people than central and northern Florida. Choropleth maps are thematic maps with areas shaded in reference to the statistic being evaluated.
